ORION FF-Series Foam nozzles are available with flow rates from 400 litres per minute to 10,000 litres per minute. Two configurations are available, a standard version and the P version which has a built in foam proportioner. Both types of nozzle can be built with optional spray deflectors. The spray deflector can be manually operated or a remote actuator can be fitted for use on remote controlled monitors.

The FF-Series of monitor foam nozzles are constructed from brass and stainless steel. Inlet connections and materials of construction can be specified by the customer.

In their normal configuration the FF-Series of foam nozzles are configured for use with AFFF's. When specified they may be configured for use with protein based foams.

Note: Throws and flows are at 700 kPa with the P-series nozzles. The standard nozzles will have slightly longer throws. When configured for use with Fluoroprotein foam throws may be slightly reduced. ORION manufacture special long range foam nozzles (FL-Series Nozzles) for use with AFFF's only with much longer throws for special applications.

Other flow rates, either in between our standard flows, or for larger flows can be manufactured to special order. Only estimates of performance are available for such nozzles.
