The PROMIX range of foam metering systems are designed to provide accurate Class A foam proportioning for a wide range of flow rates, and also provide a realistic Class B capability. The PROMIX systems are post pump injection system.

The PROMIX Systems are fully automated foam metering systems based on DC motor driven metering pumps. The PROMIX System consists of flow meter, DC driven metering pump and the control unit.

The control unit features a two line backlit LCD display with large easy to read characters. The foam metering rate and water flow rate are continuously displayed when in operation. The metering rate is easily set using the + and - keys. The control unit uses the metering setting and then flow meter reading to calculate the required foam concentrate flow rate and then adjust the pump speed to give this flow. The metering rate is selectable in the range from 0.1% to 10% in 0.1% steps.
