The CRP range of foam chambers has four sizes and features:-

Galvanised steel construction,
Integral deflector which fits through tank mounting flange,
Vapour seal,
Bolt on replacement for Chubb National Foam and Ansul foam chambers,
Available without deflector when used for retrofitting.

The standard vapour seal is a glass disk and an optional metallic vapour seal is available.

The CRP range of foam chambers are air aspirating foam devices with an operating pressure range of 210 kPa to over 700 kPa. Foam properties, when used with Orion foam concentrates, exceed the minimums required by international standards. Typical properties with AFFF are:-

Expansion ratio >6:1
25% drain time >2 minutes 30 seconds

The Orion CRP range of foam chambers have a minimum operating pressure of 200 kPa and a maximum operating pressure of 700 kPa.

Foam chambers must be able to be tested in situ and the CRP foam chambers have easily fitted test connections to allow this.
