Our range of high back pressure foam makers are the best performing foam generators on the market. They are used for sub surface foam systems and other applications where tolerance to high back pressures may be required from a foam generator. The HBM range of high back pressure foam makers feature exceptional back pressure tolerance.

Key features of the HBM range are:-

• At inlet pressures above 700 kPa the maximum back pressure allowed is 55% of the inlet pressure.
• At pressures as from 400 kPa to 700 kPa the maximum allowed back pressure is 50% of the inlet pressure.
• Cover a wide range of flows in two basic sizes.
• Manufactured from high strength alloy, hard anodised for corrosion protection and is fitted with a stainless steel air inlet strainer. Each unit is fitted with a pressure gauge to monitor the inlet pressure.
• Available in bronze to special order or fabricated from stainless steel.
• Available with grooved or flanged connections to special order.

The 65mm size in the HBM product range is available in flow rates of up to 1200 lpm (at a nominal 1000 kPa inlet pressure). Standard models are shown on the following chart; customised sizes are available on request.
