The TRIDENT range of foam metering systems are designed to provide accurate Class A foam proportioning for a wide range of flow rates, and also provide a realistic Class B capability. The TRIDENT systems are based on around the pump proportioners.

The TRIDENT System 30 is a fully automated foam metering system based on an around the pump proportioner. The System 30 consists of flow meter, around the pump proportioner, the control unit and automatic metering valve.

The control unit features a two line backlit LCD display with large easy to read characters. The foam metering rate and water flow rate are continuously displayed when in operation. The metering rate is easily set using the + and - keys. The control unit uses the metering setting and the flow meter reading to calcuate the required foam concentrate flow rate and then adjusts the automatic metering valve to give this flow. The metering rate is selectable in the range from 0.1% to 10% in 0.1% steps.

Easy to Use

	The Trident System 30 is the simplest foam metering system to set up and use available. Installation is simple, set up is made easy by the two line text display and the user only needs to change the metering setting.
	A convenient standby switch lets the user turn foam on and off as needed without losing the current setting.
	An over range warning will be given if the foam concentrate demanded exceeds the foam metering valve capacity.
