Entering Keywords

• Searches are not case-sensitive: "fire" matches "FIRE", "Fire" and "fiRe"

• Searches only matches whole words: "exting" will not match "extinguisher".

• Wildcard characters, such as * and ? are not permitted.

• Add a "+" in front of words that you want to appear in the search results.

• Add a "-" in front of words that you do not want to appear in the search results.

• Searches don't automatically match plurals

• Searches ignore punctuation and hyphens, don't use them.
