We have been advised that Williams Fire and Hazard Control Inc have made the following claims:

Claim 1:	That Williams Fire and Hazard Control Inc are currently suing Orion Safety Industries Pty Limited for patent infringement in respect of Orion Foam Lord nozzles,
Claim 2:	That Williams Fire and Hazard Control Inc have been granted a "cease and desist order" against Orion Safety Industries Pty Limited.
Both claims are not correct. Correspondence ceased in August 1998 when we rejected their claims and there is no litigation in progress.

Orion Safety Industries Pty Limited is not restrained in any way from manufacturing and selling our Foam Lord nozzles.

Rather than being a copy of the Williams Fire and Hazard Control Inc nozzles, the Foam Lord nozzles represent a significant advance in the technology and offer superior performance.

We recommend that any claims of patent infringement be ignored.
